We are looking for a Business Development Manager who lives at the intersection of deep technical understanding and relentless commercial execution. Someone who can walk into a DRDO lab, a UAV integrator’s engineering review, or a robotics OEM’s strategy meeting and speak their language fluently — because you’ve lived it.

The Role

This is not a desk-and-dial job. This is a full time,



on-site role based at our advanced manufacturing and engineering facility in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. You will be immersed in the same ecosystem where our propulsion systems are conceived, refined, tested, and built. Real-time collaboration with design, quality (AS9100), and production teams is not optional — it is how we win.

You will own the full business development lifecycle for our propulsion and motion-control portfolio across UAV, defense, and robotics verticals:
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities with UAV OEMs, defense primes, system integrators, and robotics companies — both in India and internationally.
- Lead complex, technical sales cycles: RFP responses, custom solutioning, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships rather than transactional orders. You will become the trusted advisor who understands not just thrust and KV
