About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TA Operations Executive to support our Talent Acquisition function by ensuring seamless recruitment operations and coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.




- Perform candidate document verification and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Initiate and coordinate pre-onboarding activities for selected candidates to ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams, including HR Operations, Payroll, and Business HR, to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage vendor relationships for recruitment services and act as the primary point of contact for vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to process vendor invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and TA reports with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze hiring data and generate periodic reports for stakeholders.
