Role Description
The Mortgage Title Examiner is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing property titles, legal documents, and public records to identify ownership history, liens, encumbrances, and any issues affecting clear title. The Mortgage Title Examiner prepares accurate title reports and summaries, verifies legal descriptions,



and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with internal teams, responding to queries, resolving title defects, and maintaining detailed documentation and database records. The role requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of assignments, and effective communication with stakeholders to support smooth mortgage and settlement processes.

Qualifications
