About the Role
A professional skincare brand with over 20 years in the industry, serving both retail consumers and licensed estheticians through a dual DTC and B2B model. We're looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer to help us build smarter automation, cleaner data, and more effective marketing and sales workflows across both our consumer and qualified channels. This is a part-time remote role suited for a self-starter who can manage their own workload, communicate clearly with a small team, and deliver reliable CRM solutions within a focused 4-hour daily shift.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, lifecycle stage automation, follow-up sequences, and internal team notifications across sales and marketing functions.
- Design and implement custom HubSpot email templates and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines for campaigns targeting both retail consumers and professional estheticians.
- Maintain data integrity across the CRM — including deduplication, property standardization, and enrichment via ZoomInfo by DiscoverOrg — to keep contact and company records accurate and actionable.
- Manage the Shopify–HubSpot integration to ensure eCommerce data (orders, customers, purchase history) flows correctly into CRM for segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and sales follow-up.
- Own Zapier automation workflows that connect HubSpot to tools without native integrations, building and maintaining Zaps that support marketing, sales, and operations processes.
- Manage document and contract workflows using Docusign and Zoho Sign for HubSpot, ensuring pro/spa partner agreements are properly tracked and associated with CRM records.
- Support LinkedIn CRM Sync configuration to keep contact and company data aligned between LinkedIn and HubSpot for outbound B2B prospecting efforts.
- Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards covering pipelin
