Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Associate to manage client enquiries, generate leads, and convert prospective clients into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, website, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography and filmmaking packages.
- Schedule consultation meetings between clients and the sales/business team.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM or company database.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding after booking.
- Share quotations, service details, and other relevant information with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and pending leads.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Ex
