Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily pest control and sanitation operations, including scheduling service teams, managing resources, and ensuring service quality standards are met. The Operations Manager will monitor workflow efficiency, handle escalations, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves supervising staff performance, optimizing processes,



tracking operational metrics, and collaborating with management to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in pest control, facility services, or related industries.
- Robust skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
- Ability in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Competence in customer relationship management and handling service escalations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
