We are a fast-growing B2B marketing agency that works with startups, SaaS companies, technology brands, and enterprise businesses. Our content ranges from high-performing LinkedIn videos and social media reels to long-form podcasts, webinars, websites, and marketing campaigns.

We're looking for someone who loves creating engaging content, works independently, and enjoys experimenting with the latest AI-powered creative tools.

What You'll Do
- Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit long-form content including podcasts, interviews, webinars, and case studies
- Design supporting creatives, thumbnails, social media graphics, carousels, and marketing assets
- Add motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, SFX, and music to make content more engaging
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across different clients
- Work closely with the content, SEO,



and marketing teams to deliver campaign-ready creatives
- Deliver projects independently while managing deadlines

What We're Looking ForExperience
- 2–3 years of full-time experience as a Video Editor or Multimedia Designer
- Prior experience working in an agency or content-focused company is preferred
- Comfortable owning projects independently with minimal supervision

Technical Skills

You should be proficient with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva

Bonus if you have experience with other creative or motion design tools.

AI Skills (Must Have)
- Comfortable using contemporary AI tools to improve editing speed, creativity, and production quality
- Able to identify opportunities where AI can streamline workflows without compromising quality
- Curious about learning and adopting new AI-powered creative workflows
