About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance. Experience with Zoho Books will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
- Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and process purchase vouchers, sales vouchers, journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Generate GST-compliant invoices and maintain accounting records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure proper accounting classification.




- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and perform account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with other finance and administrative activities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- Experience in accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Experience in Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
