Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with hiring teams. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and candidate joining. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness. Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).



Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
