Company Description:
As a Business Consultant, you will play a hybrid role involving strategic advisory, operational transformation, and business development support. You will lead client projects, optimise internal processes, structure financials, and actively contribute to sales strategy and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Project Management & Implementation

• Independently manage multiple client projects across industries

• Plan, structure, and monitor project schedules with defined deliverables

• Ensure timely implementation and updates on all project milestones

• Share daily updates on assigned projects and maintain dashboards

• Conduct weekly review meetings to report completed tasks and plan upcoming actions

• Identify and discuss scope for improvements during weekly reviews

• Act as backup to the Principal Consultant when required

• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent value delivery

B. Research, Data & Analysis

• Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, sectors, and industries





• Gather insights on best practices, benchmarks, and competitor analysis

• Prepare and circulate sample survey questionnaires based on project goals

• Coordinate with Analysts to execute surveys and collate responses

• Analyze collected data and derive actionable insights with support from Analysts

• Assist in structuring project reports and executive summaries

• Draft client deliverables, including strategy reports, SOPs, and process documents

C. Client Communication & Presentation

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters

• Lead meetings, collect briefs, and communicate progress regularly

• Create high-quality presentations, proposals, and training materials

• Represent the firm professionally in internal and external stakeholder meetings

D. Sales Support & Business Development

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities from existing client base
