- Lead, inspire, and manage a group of Engineering Managers across disciplines (.NET, C++, cloud, AI/ML, Database platforms).
- Define and execute the software engineering vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with compliance-heavy manufacturing needs of customers.
- Architect and drive enterprise client-server systems from scratch, balancing scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide software architecture leadership with expertise in framework design, platform engineering, and technology modernisation.
- Foster an innovative and experimental culture that encourages prototyping, hackathons, and the adoption of recent technologies.
- Oversee API development and integration with and enterprise systems.
- Scale Agile development practices across all engineering teams, ensuring consistent delivery discipline and sprint excellence.
