Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to own client relationships, drive employee engagement, and maximize adoption of Visit Health's wellness platform across enterprise customers.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy managing strategic accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise clients.




- Drive platform adoption and employee engagement across assigned accounts.
- Partner with HR, CXOs, CHROs, and key stakeholders to maximize value realization.
- Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to execute account-based engagement initiatives.
- Monitor customer health, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Conduct business reviews and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

What We're Looking For
- 26 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Enterprise Relationship Management.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, HealthTech, HRTech, Employee Perks, Insurance, or Wellness organizations is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to HR leaders, CXOs, or enterprise customer
