Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
1. TCAD
(Technology Computer Aided Design) responsibilities for 40-180nm technologies including
CMOS, HV, BCD and eNVM flows
2. Add features (active devices, memory elements and passives)
to existing technologies and create new technologies that will improve performance and extend application range
3. Calibrate TCAD decks
to silicon data
4. Develop
novel device features
; predict performance based on TCAD; suggest DOE’s
(Design of Experiments)
based on TCAD findings
5. Responsibilities will extend to either Wide Band Gap devices or emerging memories
6. Build robust customer relationships based on confidence in TEPL technical capabilities
7. Awareness of competitor benchmarking
8. Presentation to internal and customer senior executives
9. Occasional travel
