Position: Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative

About Us:

Hashbyt is expanding our outreach efforts and we're looking for confident, articulate Cold Callers with experience in UK and US markets to join our team

What You'll Do:

→ Outbound Calling

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects in the UK and US

• Introduce our services and generate qualified leads

• Book meetings/demos for the sales team

• Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects

→ Communication & Engagement

• Engage decision-makers with compelling pitches

• Handle objections professionally and confidently

• Build rapport and maintain a positive brand image

→ CRM & Reporting

• Log all call activities and outcomes in CRM

• Track daily/weekly call metrics and conversion rates

• Provide feedback on lead quality and market response

What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer





✔ Excellent British and American accent – must be fluent and natural

✔ Prior experience working with UK and/or US clients

✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills

✔ Comfortable handling rejection and objections

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

✔ Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

✔ Ability to work in UK/US time zones as needed

✔ Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work

Nice to Have:

⭐ Experience in B2B sales or tech/SaaS industry

⭐ Background in appointment setting or lead generation

⭐ Knowledge of sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
