About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 24 years of experience, preferably in the Banking and NBFC domain. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions across digital lending, loan management, collections, compliance, and integrations. Candidates with hands-on exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Core Banking Systems (CBS), and Regulatory Reporting will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams for lending and NBFC-specific modules (LOS, LMS, Collections, Compliance, Financial Accounting, etc.).
- Conduct gap analysis and propose business process improvements aligned with NBFC operations and RBI guidelines.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure requirements are translated into functional and technical specifications.




- Support system design, testing (UAT), and implementation of digital solutions.
- Document and validate requirements for integrations with Core Banking Systems, Credit Bureaus, Payment Gateways, Accounting/GL systems, and Regulatory Portals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during deployment.
- Prepare training material, presentations, and user manuals for stakeholders.
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT/development teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking / NBFC sector.
- Exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems
