Automation and Robotics Engineer Bangalore · Full-time · In office

About the Role The Automation and Robotics Engineer will integrate and connect industrial machines, equipment, and IoT devices, and deploy the Unified Namespace stack to manage real-time and batch data collection for production monitoring. The role involves designing and deploying supervision dashboards for equipment and factory performance. The goal is to support operator training and troubleshooting of connected assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrates industrial machines, equipment, and IoT devices using OPC-UA, MQTT, Kepware, OPC Router, and Node-RED
- Deploys the Unified Namespace stack, including HiveMQ, Sparkplug, and HighByte,



and configures industrial data flows
- Manages real-time and batch data collection for production monitoring
- Designs and deploys supervision dashboards using Grafana and Ignition for equipment and factory performance
- Supports operator training and troubleshooting of connected assets

Requirements
- Manages and integrates industrial machines, equipment, and IoT devices
- Deploys and configures the Unified Namespace stack
- Designs and deploys supervision dashboards using Grafana and Ignition
- Manages real-time and batch data collection for production monitoring
- Supports operator training and troubleshooting of connected assets
- Has experience with OPC-UA, MQTT, Kepware, OPC Router, and Node-RED
