Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Mentoring students on DSA, Programming Concepts, & Competitive Programming.
2. Help students in solving coding problems, optimizing algorithms, and preparing for technical interviews.
3. Coordinate with other trainers and team to improve training methodologies and content.
4. Evaluate student performance through coding tests, Capstone projects, real-world coding challenges, track progress, give feedback, and support their learning journey.
5. Oversee live lab sessions and practice hours during DSA classroom training.
6. Provide real-time doubt solving, logic clarification, and validate test cases for students.
7. Manage assigned student batches (70–100 learners) and ensure timely mentorship delivery.
8. Invigilate assessments, review submissions,



and uphold academic integrity during tests.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in C++, Java, and Python.
- Strong understanding of arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hash maps, and other core data structures.
- Expertise in sorting, searching, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with competitive programming paradigms, including bit manipulation, game theory, and advanced graph algorithms.
- Built 2-3 real time projects using MERN Stack
