Senior Associate Data Science
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business problems and translate them into data science solutions
- Perform data analysis, data cleaning, and feature engineering on large datasets
- Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning / statistical models
- Apply techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series modeling
- Develop and deploy models using Python-based ML frameworks
- Partner with engineering teams to productionize models and pipelines
- Communicate insights and model outcomes to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as required
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results clearly
Required Skills

Technical Skills
- Solid proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised Unsupervised)
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data distributions
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with Git and version control
Data Tools
- Experience with Jupyter / kubeflow / notebooks
