Responsibilities:
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Solid expertise in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management.
- Experience in Oracle HCM configuration, personalization, and security.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM best practices.
- Experience with SQL for reporting and data validation.
- Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and BI Publisher.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI,
and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on business requirements.
- Support data migration, data validation, and integration activities.
- Develop functional specifications and support technical development.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle HCM best practices and security standards.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
