Velodata Global is expanding beyond SAP staffing into
SAP Application Management Services (AMS), SAP Consulting, SAP Enhancements, and SAP Delivery Services
.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial SAP Practice Head who wants to
build and lead an SAP business unit
rather than simply manage an existing team.
This is
not a conventional salaried leadership role
. We are looking for someone who wants to create something meaningful with a long-term vision.
The engagement follows a
revenue-sharing model
, where your earnings grow with the success of the SAP practice you help build.
What You'll Build
You will be responsible for creating the SAP Services division from scratch.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build and lead Velodata's SAP AMS practice.
- Create delivery processes, governance,
and service standards.
- Design ticket management and support operations.
- Build a network of SAP consultants across multiple modules.
- Establish SLA, incident management, and escalation frameworks.
- Create standard delivery documents (SOW, MSA, SOPs, KT plans, RCA, etc.).
- Support pre-sales activities and customer solutioning.
- Participate in customer meetings and solution presentations.
- Estimate effort, pricing, and resource requirements.
- Mentor consultants and ensure delivery quality.
- Build a scalable SAP consulting and managed services practice.

Who We're Looking For
You should have:
- 15+ years of SAP consulting and delivery experience.
- Experience leading SAP AMS or SAP implementation teams.
