Assistant Manager – Service & Projects

Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager – Service & Projects is responsible for leading service operations, project execution, installation, commissioning, customer support, and technical coordination. The role ensures timely project completion, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in service quality while coordinating with sales, engineering, operations, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor installation and commissioning of Matsui equipment.
- Lead preventive, breakdown, and emergency service activities.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and site execution.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments for seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards at customer sites.
- Support the sales team with technical discussions, pre-sales, and post-sales activities.
- Monitor service KPIs,



warranty claims, spare parts utilization, and project costs.
- Prepare project reports, service documentation, and customer handover reports.
- Develop and mentor service engineers to improve technical competency and customer handling.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial equipment service, project execution, or automation.
- Experience in plastics processing auxiliary equipment is preferred.
