Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Generative AI models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand AI requirements.
- Identify innovative use cases for AI across different business functions.
- Test, evaluate, and refine prompts to improve AI-generated responses.
- Document prompt strategies, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor AI performance and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant AI projects are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI, or related fields is preferred.
Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.
- Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and refining AI prompts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
