Purpose:
The Marketing Technology Technical Lead (aka Global Lead Engineer) is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the organization's Marketing Technology (MarTech) architecture and technical ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives across multiple markets.

The role serves as the technical authority for Adobe Campaign Classic, Google Marketing Platform, and related marketing and customer engagement technologies within Mashreq Retail Banking Group; and provides architectural leadership across customer data, campaign orchestration, analytics, integrations, and activation capabilities. Working closely with Marketing, Data, Analytics, Technology, Security, Compliance, and external partners.

The Marketing Technology Technical Lead translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, establishes engineering standards and governance, and leads the successful delivery of MarTech initiatives. The role combines strategic architecture ownership with hands-on technical expertise,



including solution design, integration oversight, code review, troubleshooting, and development support where required.

The position is accountable for ensuring that the MarTech landscape remains future-ready, globally scalable, operationally resilient, and capable of supporting the organization's customer engagement, personalization, and digital transformation ambitions.
