Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales – B2B role based on-site in Bangalore Urban, working the night shift. The role focuses on engaging prospective corporate clients, understanding their training needs,
and presenting Simplilearn’s learning solutions to drive enrollments and long-term partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, qualifying and nurturing leads, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and following up with decision-makers to close deals. The position also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting individual and team sales targets. The role requires adherence to process guidelines, timely reporting, and a qualified, customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in B2B environments or corporate sales.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.
