Role Overview
The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for leading customer engagements across Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy and build, sourcing, vendor management, and transformation programs.

This is a highly client-facing leadership role responsible for ensuring successful customer outcomes through a combination of platform intelligence, consulting expertise, and disciplined program execution.

The Client Delivery Manager serves as the primary engagement lead for assigned clients, managing executive stakeholders, delivery teams, governance forums, and strategic workstreams.
