Responsibilities
1. Record structured video sessions (total duration: 2–3 hours).
2. Cover common HR interview questions and effective answer strategies.
3. Teach interview etiquette, communication skills, body language, and confidence-building techniques.
4. Guide students on self-introduction, strengths & weaknesses, career goals, salary expectations, and behavioral questions.
5. Share interview tips, common mistakes to avoid, and mock interview examples.
6. Provide practice questions and interview preparation exercises.
Requirements
- Robust experience in HR interviews, recruitment, or interview coaching.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify concepts for freshers and students.
- Experience in creating recorded training content is preferred.
