Role Description
The New Product Development Beverages Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, formulating, and testing recent beverage offerings that align with CCD’s brand, customer preferences, and market trends. Day-to-day tasks include developing recipes, coordinating sensory evaluations,



collaborating with supply chain and operations on ingredient sourcing and production feasibility, and ensuring beverages meet quality, cost, and safety standards. The expert will work closely with marketing and café operations to support product launches, refine existing beverage portfolios, and analyze customer feedback and sales performance to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves documenting formulations, maintaining clear technical specifications, and supporting training for café teams on new products.

Qualifications
- Experience in beverage product development, including recipe formulation, sensory evaluation, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of food science, nutrition, and safety standards applicable to beverages; familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
