The Role

We are hiring a China Publisher Development Manager , Global Performance Marketing to build Cloven Media’s China-origin supply channel , attend events . You will acquire, qualify, activate and scale reliable Chinese publishers, affiliate networks, media-buying teams and performance agencies capable of delivering global CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS and event-based campaigns.

This is a relationship-led commercial role. You will own publisher acquisition and commercial closure,



then work with Cloven Media’s Publisher Account Managers to transfer daily campaign operations after activation.

You will convert our live advertiser demand and publisher wishlist into a focused China publisher-acquisition roadmap by GEO, vertical, traffic type, payout, volume and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
- Map, approach and acquire relevant Chinese publishers, affiliate networks, media-buying teams and performance agencies.
- Build publisher acquisition plans from Cloven Media’s live campaign wishlist.
- Qualify traffic sources, sub-affiliate structures, GEO capabilities, vertical strengths and historical quality.
- Negotiate commercials while protecting gross margin, validation rules and payment terms.
- Coordinate publisher due diligence, technical integration, test caps and first campaign launches.
- Ensure source declarations, sub-publisher IDs and campaign-level traffic transparency.
