Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new sales employees, enhancing product knowledge, improving sales skills, and ensuring the sales team consistently meets business performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for current sales hires.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job sales training sessions.
- Train employees on sales processes, objection handling, negotiation, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and update training manuals, presentations, SOPs, and learning content.
- Conduct product and process training for all business verticals.
- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, certifications, and mock sales calls.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics.




- Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.
- Coach underperforming sales employees through refresher and improvement programs.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to understand business requirements and align training initiatives.
- Track and maintain training attendance, assessment scores, certifications, and learning records.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards on training activities and employee performance.
- Continuously update training content based on market trends, product updates, and business requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design is preferred

Experience
- 3–6 years
of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement.
- Experience in training inside sales, telesales, retail sales, franchise sales, or B2
