Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Content Writer to own the end-to-end content function across the organization. This role goes beyond writing: it requires someone who can conceptualize, create, edit, review, and oversee content across every customer and stakeholder touchpoint, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and editorial quality.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller with a strong editorial mindset, capable of translating complex financial concepts into compelling, customer-centric communication. The role will work closely with external agencies and other internal departments to deliver impactful content that strengthens the FatakPay brand, supports business objectives, and drives customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and briefing to writing, editing, reviewing,
optimization,
and final approval across all brand and business communications.
• Develop, edit, and review content for websites, landing pages, SEO pages, blogs, knowledge articles, app content, news-based articles, and other digital assets.
• Create compelling marketing communication across customer touchpoints, including WhatsApp
campaigns, SMS, push notifications, emailers, banners, app notifications, and CRM journeys.
• Conceptualize, write, and review scripts for brand films, digital campaigns, promotional videos,social media content, and other multimedia assets.
• Review and refine all social media content to ensure consistency in messaging, brand voice, tone, and quality across platforms.
