Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, managing key client relationships,



and promoting Securitas India’s full portfolio of security services to organizations across sectors such as banking, IT/ITES, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality. The role includes preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, analyze market trends, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, participating in industry events, and supporting initiatives that strengthen Securitas India’s brand and market presence.
