Role Description
The Branch Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Midnapore, responsible for driving life insurance business through strong customer and partner relationships. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers,



understanding their protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable PNB MetLife products. The Branch Relationship Manager will work closely with branch staff and bank partners to generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and support policy issuance and servicing. Daily activities include achieving sales and revenue targets, maintaining accurate records in line with company processes, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance. The role also requires coordinating local marketing initiatives, providing after-sales support, and contributing to branch-level business planning.
