Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging TGT/PGT Mathematics lessons aligned with IB MYP and DP curriculum.
- Teach Mathematics Analysis & Approaches (AA) and/or Applications & Interpretation (AI) at SL/HL levels.
- Develop lesson plans, unit planners, worksheets, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Foster inquiry-based learning and conceptual understanding.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate student records.
- Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA), Extended Essays (EE), and project work.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
- Integrate technology and digital learning tools into classroom instruction.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- IB certification/training preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in IB/IGCSE/International curriculum schools
- Strong understanding of IB assessment practices and inquiry-based pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
