About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager who can independently scale our online business across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C channels. This role is for someone who takes ownership, works with minimal supervision, and has a strong growth mindset.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow sales across
Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto
, and other relevant marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, catalog optimization, pricing, inventory coordination, and marketplace hygiene.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and platform-specific growth initiatives.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
- Identify new opportunities across emerging e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage marketplace account health and resolve operational issues proactively.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
campaigns focused on driving e-commerce sales.
- Manage advertising campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon Ads and other platform-specific advertising solutions.
- Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to maximize profitability.

Requirements
- 2–5 years
of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or growth.
- Proven experience managing
Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto
, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, merchandising, promotions, and catalog management.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing
Meta Ads
