HR Manager

The ideal candidate will bring strong execution capabilities along with the ability to partner with leadership and drive impactful HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Support benchmarking and periodic review of salary structures
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labour laws,
and institutional policies
- Conduct periodic HR audits and ensure adherence to governance standards
Policy Development & Implementation
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals
- Drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance review frameworks
- Enable continuous feedback culture and support capability development
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives across departments
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work workplace
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns
- Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with professionalism and fairness
Learning & Development
- Implement training, coaching, and mentoring programs
- Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives
