Roles and Responsibilities :
- Project based Automation company with Machine/ material handling, Intralogistics Automation, ASRS, power train, SPM Machine manufacturing, Electric Vehicle and Battery Assembly line, Vehicle assembly lines
- Lead the project with End to End responsibility and have successful closure of Project with satisfying all stakeholders
- Administer Procurement, Get prepared the procurement documents: Complete procurement closure; Select sellers
- Perform Quality assurance, Perform quality audits, Monitor quality control
- Determine Customer company culture and existing spects, systems, processes, procedure and historical references & circulate in Project team as required
- Create Project charter and Project plan, Understand the Business Case, Produce Project and product scope, Create process improvement plan; Develop PMP, Develop performance measurement baseline
- Identify stakeholders; Determine/ Form a Project team; Monitor performance and report performances to RMs for appraisals and evaluations,



Develop stakeholder management strategy, Manage stakeholders; Release resources; Give recognitation and rewards; Determine roles and responsibilities
- Develop schedule, Estimate time and costs; Estimate resource requirements; Develop budgets; Control budget; Create forecasts; Manage configurations; Manage reserves; Finalize requirements; Create project scope statement;
- Determine and collect variances to scope, Influence the factor that cause changes, Request changes, Monitor Change control system (Perform integrated change control); Approve/ reject change

Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in Warehouse Automation or Industrial Automation.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Proven expertise in project execution, planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting.
