Job Description: Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of water treatment projects, from planning to execution, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards and client expectations. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams, including sales, design, procurement and execution teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Status and Work Updates:
- - Obtain daily work updates from the execution team to ensure project milestones are being met.
- Regularly monitor and track project progress based on Bar chart & P&ID;, ensuring all tasks are on schedule and any delays are promptly addressed.




- Conduct the first site visit alongside the respective salesperson to understand project requirements and client expectations.
- Develop robust relationships with clients' engineers and site in-charge, regularly meeting with them to address concerns and maintain rapport & coordinating between Service, Sales & Clients on Time.

Project Drawings and Quality Checks:
- - Review and check all project drawings, ensuring they align with the client's specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on products and installations to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations which includes civil work, drawing Perfection, Plant Dressing & Ensuring P&ID; in A1 Size at each site.

Capture Client Expectations and Timelines:
- - Work closely with the sales department to capture client expectations, project commitments, and timelines.
- Ensure that these requirements are properly documented and communicated to the execution team.
