The Prospect

We are seeking a Designer who understands that exceptional products are born from the seamless integration of design vision and technical execution.

This is a role for individuals who are equally passionate about creativity and problem-solving. You will work closely with international design teams, product developers, pattern makers, craftsmen, and production specialists to transform concepts into commercially successful products.

Beyond designing products,



you will play an active role in shaping how collections evolve—from initial inspiration and prototype development to final production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and interpret design concepts for handbags, accessories, and small leather goods.
- Create detailed and accurate technical packs that enable seamless product development.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sampling, and Production teams to ensure design intent is preserved throughout the development cycle.
- Evaluate prototypes and samples for aesthetics, construction, functionality, and quality.
- Drive product refinements through effective communication of technical and design feedback.
- Monitor development timelines and ensure timely progression across multiple projects.
- Research emerging fashion trends, materials, finishes, hardware, and construction techniques.
