Role Description:

Role type - 6 months fixed contract

The HR Operations Functional Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of HR systems, data management, and operational processes.



This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, supporting HR technologies, managing reporting needs, and driving automation initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems & Data Management
- Perform bulk uploads and updates of employee and foundational HR data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and administer system configurations, including managing dropdown lists and reference data (e.g., schools, prior employers, banking institutions).
- Governance on foundational data, data structures and picklists.
- Ensure ongoing data integrity through regular audits, validations, and issue resolution.

Policy & Knowledge Management
- Upload and maintain HR policies within the HR Content (HRC) platform.
- Ingest and optimize policy content for HR chatbots and automation tools to ensure accurate and user-friendly employee self-service experiences.
