Role Description
The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving product sales and expanding the company’s reach across assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include visiting retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers, presenting product offerings,



and ensuring consistent stock availability and visibility. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, negotiating orders and promotions, and supporting new distributor onboarding. The Field Sales Representative will track sales performance, gather market feedback, and report competitor activities to help refine sales and marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include executing promotional activities, ensuring branding materials are properly displayed, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
