Location : Remote

Structure: First 6 Months Internship at 5,000/month followed by full time conversion

Also open for freshers who are 2025 or 2026 passouts - BBA, BCOM, MBA or related disciplines.

Role & responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads
- Conduct structured counselling calls with students /partents/colleges to understand their goals and readiness
- Explain program outcomes, placement support, pricing, and timelines clearly
- Address objections regarding fees and career outcomes with empathy and logic
- Close enrollments by securing down payments and completing documentation




- Maintain accurate daily updates in the CRM, including call notes and follow-ups
- Collect post-enrollment feedback, testimonials, and referral leads

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 months of inside sales or consultative sales experience (EdTech experience is preferred)
- Skilled in presentations, making PPTs, reports and AI tools.
- Proven ability to close deals via phone or virtual meetings
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with confidence in handling parent conversations
- Strong objection-handling skills, follow-up discipline, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Google Meet, and CRM tools
