Job Title: Manager Internal Mobility & HR Business Partnering
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven HR professional to join our team as Manager – Internal Mobility & HRBP. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the organization's internal mobility agenda, enabling effective talent deployment, enhancing employee retention, and partnering with business leaders on key people initiatives.
This role requires a solid blend of talent management, stakeholder management, workforce analytics, and HR business partnering experience, preferably within the BPO/ITES industry.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Mobility & Talent Management (70%)
- Drive and implement a robust Internal Mobility and Talent Matching framework across the organization.
- Promote internal hiring and talent movement initiatives to optimize workforce utilization and reduce external hiring dependency.
- Partner with business leaders to identify reskilling and upskilling opportunities for employees aligned to business requirements.
- Manage and strengthen the internal talent marketplace,
ensuring visibility of opportunities and alignment with employee career aspirations.
- Analyze attrition trends and implement proactive talent mobility strategies to improve retention of key talent.
- Track and publish key performance metrics including Internal Fill Rate, Time-to-Fill, Mobility Ratio, and Retention Impact.
- Develop and present dashboards and management reports on internal talent movements.
- Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) to demonstrate business value and cost efficiencies achieved through internal hiring versus external recruitment.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support workforce planning and talent optimization initiatives.
HR Business Partnering (30%)
- Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business verticals.
- Support people strategy initiatives aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
