Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in SMT machines to handle installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support. The candidate should have strong technical skills and be willing to travel for on-site service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service SMT machines.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
- Provide on-site and remote customer support.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
- Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- 1–5 years of experience servicing SMT equipment.
- Experience with Pick & Place, Screen Printer, Reflow Oven, AOI, or SPI machines.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- SMT : 1 year (Preferred)
- Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI, or SPI machines: 1 year (Preferred)
- Maintenance/Installation/Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
