Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to manage
Accounts, Payroll, Compliance, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and General Ledger
functions.

Location:
Udupi

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Process and review payroll, ensuring timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws, and other applicable legal requirements.




- Prepare and file Direct Tax and GST returns, ensuring timely statutory compliance.
- Handle TDS deductions, advance tax, tax assessments, audits, notices, and regulatory queries.
- Perform GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with applicable indirect tax laws.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and support budgeting and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.
- Ensure accuracy of General Ledger (GL) accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll processing, statutory compliance, Direct Tax, GST, and General Ledger accounting.
