Founder's Office - Revenue & Growth
who will work directly with the founders to drive strategic initiatives, optimize business performance, and lead high-impact cross-functional projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives and business growth in partnership with the founders.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and key business metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and growth strategies.
- Prepare leadership dashboards, board decks, and business presentations.




- Coordinate investor communications and support fundraising initiatives.
- Track organizational KPIs, OKRs, and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities.
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable systems and SOPs.
- Research new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the founders, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.

Requirements
- 6–7 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or high-growth startups.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, business analytics, and strategic execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
