7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and support projects.

Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain and claims business processes.

Expertise in ClaimCenter transaction lifecycle, including FNOL, exposure creation, reserves, payments, recoveries, and claim closure.

Strong understanding of Exposure, Coverage, Reserve, and Payment rules and their business impact.

Experience in LOB (Line of Business) mapping across Auto, Property, Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Lines.

Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional specification documentation.

Experience working with business and technical teams to define solutions, support UAT, and manage defect triage.

Robust stakeholder management, communication, and Agile delivery experience with Guidewire project teams

Guidewire certification is an added advantage
