Role Description
The Sales – Management Trainee role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.



The trainee will support sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining project features and benefits, conducting site visits, and assisting in closing sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, and coordinating with senior sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves learning sales processes and best practices through structured training, participating in product and market knowledge sessions, and contributing to customer service initiatives. Over time, the trainee will be groomed to take on increased responsibility in sales planning, relationship management, and revenue generation.
