KFEC - Komma Foreign Education Consultancy provides comprehensive coaching and advisory services for individuals pursuing international education and migration opportunities. The consultancy offers training for standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, and SAT, along with Spoken English and Personality Development programs. KFEC also delivers German language courses to support applicants aiming to study or work in German-speaking countries. In addition, the organization guides clients through PR (Permanent Residency) pathways for Canada, helping them navigate complex immigration processes and requirements.

Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara, responsible for driving growth and expanding KFEC’s client base and institutional partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, colleges, and other education partners, and promoting KFEC’s test preparation, language, and PR services.



The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their goals, and recommending suitable programs, as well as following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to align offerings with market needs, prepare proposals and presentations, and track performance against sales and revenue targets. Regular reporting, market analysis, and participation in events, seminars, and outreach activities are integral to this position.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and consultative selling, with the ability to identify and close new opportunities.
