Job Summary

Sub Zero Insulation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Lead Coordinator to manage and qualify incoming business enquiries (Google Ads, IndiaMART, website) and run organized outbound calling/email campaigns against target databases. This is a high-volume, process-driven role — not a closing/BD role. The person will be the bridge between marketing-generated leads and the field sales team, ensuring every enquiry is logged, qualified, assigned, and followed through to closure. A fresher with strong communication skills and a methodical, organised approach is ideal.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to inbound enquiries from Google Ads, IndiaMART, and other online channels.
- Make qualifying calls to understand requirement, application (e.g. dairy, fish, FMCG), location, and timeline before assigning to sales.
- Assign qualified leads to the correct regional sales person (Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Kochi) based on territory.
- Run organized outbound calling/emailing campaigns against target company databases to generate fresh enquiries.




- Maintain a daily/weekly tracker of all leads — source, status, assigned owner, next action — and ensure no enquiry goes cold.
- Follow up with the sales team on assigned leads to confirm quotation sent, call made, and status updated — close the loop, don't just hand off.
- Flag leads that are stuck or unattended beyond a set number of days to the Sales Coordinator/COO.
- Maintain basic enquiry-to-conversion data for weekly MIS reporting.

Qualifications
- Graduate, any discipline. Freshers welcome.
- Valuable verbal and written English/Hindi communication.
- Comfortable on the phone, organised, doesn't let things slip through cracks.
- Basic Excel and email proficiency; CRM exposure a plus (not mandatory).
