Key Responsibilities

Finance Management
- Prepare and review MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

Accounts & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts and financial statements.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Process Development & Internal Controls
- Develop and strengthen finance and accounting processes.
- Establish SOPs, approval workflows, and internal control mechanisms.
- Improve efficiency through process standardization and automation.
- Ensure financial discipline and governance across the organization.





Manufacturing Finance
- Oversee inventory accounting and controls.
- Monitor costing, inventory valuation, and profitability by product/service line.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and stores teams to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Define KRAs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Develop succession readiness and strengthen team capabilities.

Experience
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Prior experience in independently handling accounting, compliance, reporting, audits, and finance operations.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
